We’re sorry you’re experiencing an issue with your device and want to make sure you can resume successful operation as quickly as possible.

Before you submit your service support request for QuickSee, QuickSee Free, or QuickSee Free Pro, please troubleshoot your device by performing the following steps:

  1. Ensure that the device is charged with the white USB cable provided with the device.
  2. Ensure that the device is charged for a minimum of 8 hours in case it is in deep discharge.
  3. Ensure that the LED on the device is on, indicating the charging is active.
  4. Try rebooting the device and performing a factory reset.
  5. If you are getting incorrect measurement results:
    • Are you directing your patient to look at a distant target and not at the internal red light?
    • Use the spot diagram mode to see if you get better alignment.
    • Make sure the front window is clean; use alcohol wipes to clean it.
