Return and refund

When you return ship the device at the end of the two week trial, we will refund $400 of your deposit.

If you choose to buy QuickSee Free or Free Pro, we will credit the remaining $100 toward your purchase price.

In the Trial Program you will get a QuickSee Free Pro demo device (fully functional) to try in your practice for 10 business days. Since QuickSee Free Pro is very different from any autorefractor you’ve used before, you must agree to a short training session. This will help you get the most out of your trial.

The Trial Program is available only in the United States. Outside of the US, you can arrange a demo or trial with one of our distributors

Trial process steps

  1. Apply for a trial with the form here. The information will help us understand how to prepare you for your trial based on your needs.
  2. Reserve your trial device. Pending approval of your request, we will send a follow up message to collect your delivery information and your $500 trial deposit*. Once your device ships, we will send your tracking number and training link.
  3. Train and try. Schedule a training session. To be successful with QuickSee Free Pro, it’s important that you and anyone else who will use it complete a short online training session—usually 20–30 minutes. Try QuickSee Free Pro for 10 days. We recommend completing training as early as possible to get the most from your trial.
  4. Return and refund. A $400 refund will be issued once the device is returned on time and in good condition, and required training has been completed during the trial period. Return QuickSee Free Pro within five (5) business days after the 10-day trial period using our provided shipping label. The remaining $100 will be credited toward the purchase of a QuickSee Free or Free Pro device. Late returns will incur additional rental fees.

*The $500 trial deposit includes a $400 refundable portion and a $100 purchase credit. The refund is issued upon timely return of the device in good condition and completion of required training during the trial period. The $100 is non-refundable but will be credited toward a purchase. Shipping, handling, and device preparation costs are included.
